Update: new version of openingbook Rebel.bin

Hi all,

Here is an update of Rebel.bin, the polyglot openingbook I made for the Rebel engine. With lots of improvements, additions and new variations. To browse through the book you need a GUI that supports browsing polyglot books, f.e. SCID.
